Not Getting an Orgasm? Good News is Here!

Approximately 10% of females are yet to know what an orgasm actually feels like. They have not experienced this climactic feeling with their partners or when they fly solo in the bedroom. I provide therapy to these women and through these sessions, I have delivered thrilling information. They know that they can teach themselves how to reach a climax. And that having access to ample knowledge about their sexual peak is part of knowing what is required to eventually reach that elusive climax.

It is important to know that tension and relaxation work together to enhance pleasure during sex. Clients often ask me to explain how tension and relaxation can be accomplished as one. Read below for my answer.

Preparing for a Climax Step 1: Feel the Tension

Tension in the muscles is an essential component of reaching an orgasm for women. Women erroneously feel that they should completely loosen up throughout sexual intercourse because they have been taught to think that sex is not possible without total relaxation. The reality is that tension is important during sex because it lays the path for an explosive orgasm. I have established that many women attribute their first climaxes to a combined feeling of muscle tension in their legs, buttocks and abdomen.

The lower part of the pelvis is unsurprisingly the area in which the most muscle contractions are felt by women. These muscles are the same ones that are squeezed to cut short the flow of pee. The periodic contraction of these muscles is commonly referred to as Kegel exercise.

Tense muscles and orgasms... what's the connection? Getting aroused. When the muscles tighten, blood flows to all parts of the body, including the genitalia. This feeling eventually results in a climax for a relatively high number of women.

Preparing for a Climax Step 2: Relax!

Where is relaxation manifested? The brain. As a woman engages in sex, her mind should concentrate on the feelings that stimulation creates.

Is relaxing hard for you? Just like the streaming flow of words across the screen of a Times Square billboard, women can replace those words with stimulating thoughts such as "I can take my sweet time" or "I feel so good right now" as a silent radio in their minds. This makes the brain have numerous enticing thoughts that rule out any sexually depleting thoughts.

After this first lesson reaches completion, I give my clients some homework. The assignment is to tighten their muscles during sexual activity and clear their minds. This is a process that needs time and practice but it bears fruit eventually. When I see my clients the next time, they have good news of their own to deliver to me.

Is an Orgasm still Unachievable? A Medical Issue Could be the Problem

Therapy sessions can be a source of hope for women who are unable to climax. Some women are afflicted by medical conditions that interfere with their ability to reach orgasm. Side effects of medication also contribute to the problem. A number of options exist concerning orgasm:

· The FDA approved device known as Eros stimulates the flow of blood t the genitals

· Creams that increase sensitivity are accessible over the counter but they are not approved by FDA. Your doctor's advice should be sought before getting treatment.
