Dell is one of the biggest computer maker in the U.S and Canada. When it comes to buying a computer, flat screen, or a laptop, the first name that comes to mind is Dell. I personally have a Dell computer and a personal laptop and I absolutely love them.
Now, if you are looking into finding a job with Dell, then the best thing for you to do is to go online and fill an application. You can go to your local Dell office to do this, but it will be much faster and more convenient for you to fill one on the Internet through their website Career Center.
When you are at their website Career Center, you will find categories like Job Search, Working at Dell, Career paths, and more.
To get started with an online job application to Dell, you will basically need to go to their Career website and fill an application out. You can do this from the comfort of your own home computer and if you don't have a computer at home then you can go to you local library and do it from there. If you have a relative that has a computer then you can ask them if you can come over and to this from their computer.
Now, if Dell advertises a professional job in a place like the newspaper, then you will probably have to send in a resume. Update your resume and send it to them through email or through regular mail.
Once you fill out the job application, you will need to read the legal disclaimer and what you are signing up to. Make sure that you read and fill out all the necessary information there so that you don't miss anything. This is very important.
Usually a form will ask you where you want to apply to in terms of location and what position you are applying for. You will also need to provide them with 2 job references. Every job out there that you apply for will ask you for 2 references so make sure that you have this before you apply for a job at Dell.
Before you hit the "submit" button, make sure to double check everything.
Start from the top of the application and go through each one slowly. If you made a small mistake, correct it. Give yourself another 10 minutes to go through everything. After you hit the "Submit" button, give Dell a few days to contact you. If after 4 days you don't hear anything from anyone there, follow up with the person who is doing the hiring. Visit Dell's Career website for more information.
